Tasks
- Lead and develop a series of studies using experimental methods to investigate language processing and planning, as well as the wider cognitive background in a diverse set of languages.
- Collaborate with the NCCR's existing network of worldwide research facilities.
- Work under the supervision of Professor Balthasar Bickel.
- Conduct experiments in Zurich, Switzerland, and various locations across the world.
Requirements
- Thorough familiarity with experimental methods and statistical data analysis in language science.
- Training in psycholinguistics, neurolinguistics, and/or linguistics.
- Keen interest in engaging with evolutionary questions.
- Experience with cross-cultural fieldwork is a strong asset.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication in English.
