Tasks

  • Provide pragmatic and business-oriented legal advice to UBS's Corporate Banking business in Switzerland.
  • Advise on lending, leasing, trade finance and cash management solutions.
  • Support the structuring and execution of transactions.
  • Help identify and manage legal and regulatory risks across a broad range of business activities.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, control functions and external counsel.
  • Contribute to strategic projects and selected digital transformation initiatives that support the continued evolution of products, services and processes.

Requirements

  • A strong interest in banking, finance and the legal challenges facing a modern financial institution.
  • A proactive and ownership-driven mindset, with the ability to independently manage legal matters and support complex transactions.
  • Strong analytical skills and sound judgment to identify, assess and mitigate legal and regulatory risks.
