Internship to assist the HRIS Talent and Experience team in deploying and designing our onboarding tool across Brands and Regions.
Tasks
- Be in charge of Enboarder, the onboarding tool
- Integrate Enboarder with different systems
- Create workflows
- Support and advise on the creation of different workflows for Maisons and Regions
- Act as IT contact for the Enboarder project team
Requirements
- You are an excellent communicator and are rigorous and able to anticipate needs with a strong sense of initiative
- You have a good team spirit
- You are client oriented, open-minded, organized and love to be challenged to solve problems
- You like to connect the dots between different tools using APIs
- Knowledge in Javascript, HTML and CSS is a plus
- You are fluent in English; French is a plus
- You are available for a 6-month internship
- Internship agreement with your school/university is mandatory
