Manager - Corporate Tax

Tax is more than compliance; it's part of business strategy. In our Corporate Tax team, we work with national and international clients to navigate changing regulations, develop effective structures, and provide clear tax guidance. We think proactively and support our clients in making well-informed decisions. As a manager in our team, you'll advise a varied portfolio of corporate clients on complex tax issues and manage meaningful projects. • Advise national and international clients in Zug or Lucerne on complex corporate tax matters and develop tailored, practical solutions with strategic business relevance.
• Lead and contribute to demanding projects such as domestic and cross-border reorganisations, acquisitions, divestitures, tax planning initiatives, and selected tax accounting matters.
• Support clients with tax compliance-related questions while identifying risks, opportunities, and efficient tax positions in a changing regulatory environment.
• Take responsibility for managing client relationships, coordinating project teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery across a varied portfolio of corporate clients.
• Contribute to the development of junior team members through coaching, on-the-job support, and by fostering a collaborative and trusted team environment.
• Work closely with colleagues across Tax, Legal, and Advisory and support internal and external trainings, publications, and technical events.
