Tasks
- Provide professional reception services at our newly established headquarters in Basel, ensuring a welcoming customer experience
- Support the setup and continuous improvement of internal processes and operational procedures in alignment with department needs
- Coordinate daily operational needs from subtenants and ensure efficient facility support
- Assist the Customer Service Department with various operational tasks and ongoing projects
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of service quality and workplace experience
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a relevant study program (e.g. Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field)
- Experience in reception, front office, or hospitality roles in a leading hospitality environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong interest in developing and improving processes and procedures
- Quick learner with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or German is an asset
