As a Customer Service Representative, you assist and handle international high-class passengers and crews throughout all stages of their arrival and departure at exclusive business aviation facilities at Jet Aviation Zurich. You serve as the first point of contact and courteous host, ensuring a premium experience for every guest and crew member.

Tasks

  • Interact with owners, passengers, and crews of private aircraft
  • Provide valet parking, porter service, and manage luggage handling to and from the aircraft
  • Serve as first point of contact and host at the reception desk, ensuring excellent care for guests in the exclusive lounge area
  • Coordinate airside and landside transport of passengers and crews
  • Assist flight crews and customers with hotel, ground transportation, catering, customs, and other service arrangements as requested
  • Process handling requests via email and telephone in German and English, entering relevant data into the operation software FBOone
  • Book airport slots using the online system OCS
  • Prepare flight-relevant documents for crews
  • Communicate professionally with all stakeholders including customers, authorities, and third-party suppliers
  • Ensure cleanliness of passenger and crew lounges
  • Meet and exceed customer expectations by anticipating their needs and responding in a timely manner
  • Proactively offer and sell additional services to customers
  • Forward customer feedback to superiors and assist with continuous improvement measures
  • Support colleagues and superiors with other duties as required

Requirements

  • Experience in high-class hospitality; aviation experience is an advantage
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Fluent in German (including good understanding of Swiss German) is an advantage
  • Additional languages such as French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, or Arabic are a benefit
  • Valid driver's license, Category B (mandatory)
  • Charming, friendly personality with a "Can-do Attitude" and willingness to go the "Extra Mile"
  • Impeccable manners, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Understanding of quality and service expectations of high-end clientele
  • Flexibility to work shifts (5:40 a.m. - 10:30 p.m., 7 days a week)
  • Good mental and physical health; ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural, dynamic team
  • Team-oriented behavior as part of your daily routine
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and web-based applications is desired
