Are you ready to bring a renowned aviation brand to life through creative and strategic storytelling? Support the Marketing & Communications team by developing compelling, on-brand copy for a variety of materials and channels, working closely with global stakeholders to ensure a seamless brand experience.

Tasks

  • Create engaging content across diverse media and channels, including reports, RFPs, sales brochures, website, email marketing, social media, experiential storytelling, customer letters, editorial blog posts, video/voice over scripts, advertising, poster campaigns, business proposals and presentations, invitations, and media releases.
  • Develop and deliver content campaigns and solutions around the Jet Aviation brand and services to drive customer knowledge, adoption, and ambassadorship.
  • Lead the copywriting process from concept to final delivery, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure brand message alignment.
  • Maintain a consistent and high-quality tone of voice across all written communications; coach internal contributors as needed.
  • Ensure excellence in all written copy through detail-oriented proofreading and copy-editing, including work produced by the wider team.
  • Support leadership and business development by crafting compelling narratives for external presentations, business proposals, and partner communications.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a copywriter, collaborating with design and strategy teams to create engaging content campaigns.
  • Native English speaker with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with digital and internal platforms; basic photography and videography skills and business aviation industry experience are a plus.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Independent thinker with a growth mindset and strong analytical skills.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
