The Tribe Lead Customer & Distribution is responsible for developing and executing the vision and functional roadmap for Allianz Suisse’s sales, distribution, and customer engagement platforms. This role steers agile squads, collaborates with product owners, and ensures the delivery of innovative, sustainable solutions that exceed customer needs. The Tribe Lead is accountable for financial management, strategic planning, and the continuous improvement of applications and systems throughout their lifecycle. The position requires strong leadership, agile expertise, and the ability to influence without direct authority.
Tasks
- Develop and communicate a clear Tribe vision and functional roadmap in alignment with business and technical leads.
- Steer and guide Product Owners to achieve Tribe goals and strategic priorities.
- Oversee the maintenance and further development of sales, CRM, and customer service platforms.
- Manage the Tribe backlog, including feature definition and prioritization based on strategic requirements.
- Ensure financial accountability for Tribe budgets, infrastructure, and licensing costs.
- Promote collaboration and synergy between agile squads and other Tribes.
- Coordinate with Technical Tribe Lead to align functional and technical priorities.
- Participate in regular Tribe syncs and communicate with Chapter Leads for skill and people planning.
- Delegate and oversee ServiceNow/PPM Delivery Manager responsibilities for Tribe initiatives.
- Ensure quality and quantity of deliverables, meeting KPIs in partnership with technical leads.
Requirements
- Expertise in agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Strong skills in product roadmap development and strategic planning.
- Financial management experience for overseeing Tribe budgets and costs.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, campaign management tools, and broker integration.
- Effective stakeholder communication and team leadership abilities.
