- Plan and allocate resources, including Field Service Engineers, to maximise customer service performance and contractual compliance.
- Act as the main contact for customers, providing responsive service and supporting service excellence.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Field Service (FSL) with hands-on experience in service coordination and dispatching is required.
- Proven experience in service planning, project management, and document control is essential.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, with strong attention to detail and a high level of reliability, are necessary.
- A solid understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to service delivery and project execution is required.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
- A passion for customer service excellence and continuous process improvement is expected.
